Anna joined Runa in 2021 as a human resources recruitment manager, having more than 10 years of experience working in tech companies, the most famous of which are Acronis and Acumatica. Her experience has awarded her workable knowledge in the tech recruitment market with particular emphasis on optimizing performance. Her main focus is on delivering exceptional recruitment services to our fund and its portfolio companies.

Anna has a B.S and M.S in psychology which helps her deal with people of various temperaments and emotional dispositions. Based in Luxembourg, Anna obtained great experience working in a multicultural environment.
