Together with Dmitry, Ilya co-founded Runa in 2010. He is a serial entrepreneur, who also co-founded multiple successful tech companies over the past 20 years, including global cybersecurity company Acronis ($3.5B+ valuation in the recent round led by Blackrock), virtualization software provider Parallels (acquired by Corel), service automation platform Odin (acquired by Ingram Micro) and fast-growing cloud ERP provider Acumatica (acquired by EQT Partners).

Ilya earned his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering.
