Konstantin, a Principal at Runa, joined the team in 2012 and focuses on investing in startups in the UK and France. His areas of focus include B2B SaaS, artificial intelligence, open-source software, and fintech. He was included in Forbes 30 under 30 list (2019) and released his research on open-source benchmarks in July 2020.
Before joining Runa, Konstantin led an international startup competition, Technocup (MIPT’s analogue of Masschallenge), and also co-founded and subsequently sold a cryptocurrency mining company.
Konstantin has a B.S. and M.S. in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology. He continues to support his alma mater as an Associate Partner of its alumni association, Phystech Union, together with Dmitry and Serguei.
Konstantin is an avid reader; on average, he reads 3 books per month and is always searching for a fresh approach to something old.
