The mix of strong universities and industrial expertise makes Germany a breeding ground for areas like Deep Tech or Industry 4.0, as well as Fintech. The country has been one of our core investment regions since 2012, when we invested in the cloud banking platform Mambu. In 2019 Runa opened an office in Berlin.
